Deposit Policy
Cambia is a rustic country setting. All manner of insects call these woods home, it is completely possible that you will experience these insects. They may get into your room. If you are afraid or allergic or otherwise unable to deal with non-venomous insects, you should not choose this indoor housing solution.
- The indoor housing deposit is $50 per person, plus eventbrite taxes/fees.
- Each adult (person 18 or over) must make/purchase one deposit.
- You will pay the remainder of your indoor housing cost when you arrive at the conference.
- You can cancel (with a refund) up until 12 noon Eastern time on Wednesday August 27th.
- If you cancel after that time and we can rebook the room, we will refund your deposit.
- If you cancel after that time and we cannot rebook the room, we will keep your deposit.
- We are open to appropriate exceptions to this deposit policy, for example if you cancel at the last minute for medical reasons (like a covid exposure or positive test) we will refund your deposit.
How to make an Indoor Housing Deposit
- You will purchase a deposit “ticket” on our eventbrite page.
- Your indoor housing fee DOES NOT include the cost of a ticket to the TOCC, you must purchase tickets separately.
- You can pay the deposit when you buy your communities conference ticket, or you can purchase it separately. Both are fine.
